fillTableWithFloatBuffer for AudioWorklet #180

Needs testing, but hopefully a start.

Changed the ScriptProcessorNode fallbacks, so will need some testing before merge.

Also needs some documentation on @hv_table and how to change the index.html to be able to load custom samples into the table.
