Nested areas feature #957

Add a support for nested areas under Scan Areas for more than 2 levels.

It's realted to koji parent=true switch feature.

Currently Country -> City is working as intended, but making it Country -> State -> City is showing State -> City as top level menu, instead hiding it under Country
