Dunno what the default should be, but there should be a mechanism for the bot to not post in a subreddit.

This is a bit complicated, so I'm gonna push it back. We'll cross that bridge when we hit it.

Pushing this up since /r/relationships doesn't allow bots.

We should cleanly handle being banned, or any other failure in the posting method, by PM'ing the user instead. And we should have a flag in the subredditWhitelist table to set the default behavior.
