Improve Accessibility #30

Many of the Vuetify elements don't include accessibility information

  1. Look into if there are better ways to add accessibility/aria attributes with default Vuetify attributes (thinking of things like roles here)
  2. Add aria descriptions to most interactive elements
  3. Action buttons on snackbars in particular aren't very clear for accessibility purposes.

I'm sure there's more - need to do more assessment with the Aria addin
