[ ] Have option to display values as difference from base case
[ ] Map colorbar has too many significant digits in values
[ ] Values on map detail have too many significant digits (and too much decimal precision). This one and the other map one are challenging because vue-choropleth doesn't provide hooks for these. Might need a fork, a PR, or another approach entirely to fix.
