Hey,

would you rather suggest to merge the configs or run two instances. I struggle to merge them both - how did you manage it?

Let me answer my own question as a reference for others as noob as me: telegraf allows multiple [[inputs.snmp]] blocks. So pretty much copy&paste (+ editing agents).
