Under "Join Group" we need to have the "nearby" functionality #211

We are recommending that this is demoted as functionality for the time being. We recommend the alternative to this is "featured" organizations until the system has more than a couple organizations.

This "Featured Organization" functionality will be fulfilled as part of the completion of Issue #210
