Organization Profile Edit page needs to be able to attach logo

Problem

The profile picture field currently doesn't do anything with the photo, once a user has attached it to the Organization Profile. It doesn't upload the image, it doesn't create the Image record in the database, it doesn't resize the logo appropriately, and it doesn't relate the image with the Organization Profile.

Field in question is pictured below and can be found on the /organizations/<:organizationId>/edit

This issue has been resolved and users can now add organization profile pictures for the organization.
