Add list of Associated Organizations to the User's public profile #220

Problem

The organizations that a user is being associated with are not being displayed on the User's Profile page.

Solution

Add the list of organization logos that are linked to the organization profile page to the User Profile. Aesthetically, these should be

waterreporter--userprofile--organizationassociation--rev001 consistent with the display of People on the Organization Profile.
