Move DMX Lights to Wiki? #18

It looks like the "DMX Lights" feature on the web site is currently only used for moderators/admins to document what various DMX light fixtures are available in what worlds, and how they're indexed/referenced in that world.

If that's all we're doing with that info, it could absolutely move over to the Wiki.

Closing for now as there is an eventual DB-based purpose for this stuff so we can keep it in the webapp.
