FATAL ERROR: Can't join the server #62

I can't join the server, because I am being kicked with throttled message all the time. Newest version. There is also null error, when I try to set throttling_join to 0

Re-open if this doesn't fix it

@Techcable I can't re-open.

There is still an error when value is set to 0 and problem is still existing.

Where can you change LOG_THROTTLED_JOINS?
