Minor rotation fixes in the motion models #67

As requested the changes made to reflect the course content -- comments corrected to match the correct interpretation of the rot() function.

One more file to correct -- in checking the edits I made for the fork, I found the rotations reversed on the car model as well. It's updated in my repo and hopefully github will figure it out.
