RV Timed Gates do not function #105

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go To RV Floors 1-4

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Upon Entry to RV 1f-4f, each room has a closed gate in which the players must 
kill the 
gatekeeper to move on to the next room. For each floor up until Floor 4 the 
entire floor has a 
time limit (I believe this time limit is 25-30 minutes). Each room on these 
floors has a single or 
multiple set of gatekeepers that must be killed along with any sub-bosses to 
move to the next 
room. 

Instead of this we see that while some of the sub-bosses exist, the gates are 
all open, and there 
are no gatekeepers. Players can walk straight through. But cannot get all the 
way to "3F Off-
Limits Area of Blackness Upper"

On floor 4 there are rooms that the players must go through and kill 
gatekeepers to move to the 
next area. Once the "boss room" is entered, the players are in a deathmatch. 
They must kill the 
boss and all monsters in the room to move to the next area. There is a time 
limit in which the 
players must accomplish this.

If the players do not accomplish this within the time limit, they will be 
teleported back to:

All Areas through 4f are working as far as ability to go to that area. After an 
svn update last night and fixing the 
sql database by adding all of the updates, Monsters now spawn in RV4f. I 
believe that the spawn is incorrect 
however. Bosses do not spawn, nor is there a seated Dantes at the end of RV4 to 
speak with in order to get to 
the holy land.

this needs to be checked out on test.  I saw lots of new timer codes for doors 
and gates, so this may be working properly now
