probably fixable in l1merchantinstance, C_npcaction, or a similar place, just
as a hint if anyone tackles it before I get to it
should just be an if npcid == whateverdrist is (and the SI tele) &&
player.getlevel() < 25
I think its 12 on live, but its 25 in the code to use the free buffers, so may
as well match that (or fix it so its consistent and everything is 12)

this should be fixed now automaticly teleport when reached lvl 12 on
singingisland and hiddenvalley dont know about the new classes if they have the
same if so i can add it.
(now only need to fix the lvl for the npcs if you are lvl 12 or higher that
they cannot teleport you to hidden and singing island ? )
