restat causes OP stats #146

after a reset, MR values over 250% were reported on a low level character.

I believe its probably just a screen update issue, but needs to be checked in to

I also experienced this on WK test.  Alternated between 250% and 40% depending 
on equipment I put on (?)

if you send a S_SPMR after the restat is done does this fix it?
