Learning striker gale makes character crash when login #149

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Lvl elf to 50
2. Learn striker gale with crystal
3. Restart

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected login and see learned skill. Crash to desktop instead.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
bug present in both EpU and newer Crack of Time version we testing now

Please provide any additional information below.
Incorrect (0 / null) values written to DB in character_skills after using 
striker gale crystal

This isnt just for strikers gale, all dragonknight and illusionist spells are 
having the same effect, I would imagine that the newer elf spells are the same 
like soul of flame. This is unusual because I know that strikers gale was 
working on linret before.

Ok after further testing the other new elf spells work, so this problem is just 
affecting Striker's Gale and all of the dk/ill spells.
