New summons need names #162

The new summons (npcids: 81210, 81213, 81216, 81219, 81222, 81225, 81228) need 
names so that when you dismiss them, their droplines don't have blank name 
strings.

Make sure the names match the in game names (what's displayed on mouse hover).
