Chaos needs rebalancing #176

Chaos should summon minions, cast AoE spells, and generally be impossible to 
solo.  Should take at least a group of 3+ 55+.  Supposedly he's too easy now.

Resolved in r580.  This required rolling back the self-cast mobskill fix 
though.  Reopening that.
