teleports htm

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

the teleporters dont show the amount of adena on teleport dialog. this should 
be fixed. where the word Adena is should be the adena costs for teleport. so we 
need to make the costs linked to the htm. like how the castle guard htms are 
linked.

Since you've not a fix for this now, moving this to low priority.  Hard coding 
these in duplicate to the XML data definitely isn't ideal, but good enough and 
doesn't break anything else, so it doesn't bother me much.
