Storage doesnt cost Adena to take out items

In Live, it costs 30 Adena to take out or put in an item, it isnt working like 
that, you can put in or take out as many items for 0 Adena.

fixed r745 only problem left is that it doesnt show the adena costs on the 
retrieve htm.
