Can't pull dogs out of kennel #222

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to take dogs out of kennel
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Dogs should come out of kennel, they don't

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

i fixed it on my branch i hope tricid will check it on the trunk in soon

please provide more information, I do not see this bug on my server.

What version of the server are you using and what branch?

just copied over our live database to a local test server and updated it to the 
latest l1j-en and I still can't repeat this bug.  I won't merge in a fix for 
something that isn't broke lol, please provide more details.  Are you using 
darkwolf's branch?  are you using the latest m7 jar with the latest db updates?
