Add scoop installation method #48

Currently, Scoop installs the C# version. Would you like to create a v2.0.0 tag for rust (I would recommend this, changes in C# would stay in v1), or should I change the autoupdate for the tag instead?

Prefixing tags is quite messy and makes the tag format inconsistent. If you want to keep the rust versioning, I suggest you create a separate repo so the tags wouldn't conflict with each other. Example: wormhole, wormhole-rs

was thinking about this - separate repo seems way to go. will create one and restore the tagging for the C# version.

powersession-rs would be the way to go.
