Well noted. I will update the manifest v1 to adapt it later. Maybe I could test it via our developer build channel.

We expect to begin offering Arm runners for open source projects by the end of the year.

FYI It seems that ARM runner could be available for open source projects in the end of this year. Ref: https://github.blog/news-insights/product-news/arm64-on-github-actions-powering-faster-more-efficient-build-systems/

We can test it later via CI.
