Change default Controller Interface socket ports used #14

Change the default port used for the Controller Interface Command socket to not be the same as the default port used by a NodeJS server running on the same machine.

The default of 10010 is the default for the Command socket and for a NodeJS server.

The ports will change to: Command=20991 Audio=20992 In searching for common port usage these don't appear to be used by anything.

The config.properties.example will be updated to reflect these ports.

This was closed some time ago. The issue just wasn't closed.
