Speed up the status blink rate when playing the response #15

Users of the client indicated that the LED blink rate was too slow when playing the response. It is on for 1/2 second and then off for 1/2 second. It has been suggested that it be twice as fast.

Also, the Console Status indication was using too many characters.

In testing 1/2 second on 1/2 second off seemed too slow. Changed to 1/4 second on/off.

Changed the console status output to be "[+]" for ON and "[-]" for OFF.

This was done some time ago. The issue just wasn't closed.
