Coverage increased (+3.3%) to 40.733% when pulling cba624aadeccd28500cb1c516c401b5b23a9f191 on r24mille:130_split_eia_tests into 1107696c11a90c8554ccc4b810ae7dff9e20e618 on WattTime:master.

Although most everything has been moved into integration tests, they all still pass.
