Minor install fixes, EU bugfixes #211

Fixes needed to get EUClient.get_generation and EUClient.get_load to work. Unit tests have not been updated, but this has been confirmed in a separate script to work for Entso-E as of Feb 7 2023.

Running on: python 3.10.0 pandas 1.5.2 numpy 1.23.5 lxml 4.9.1
