`export` button #57

For now I think it should do a very simple thing: export the currently viewed table, with whatever settings are set (e.g. condition experiment etc.)

I think it can be a button in the top far right, perhaps to the right of the view settings if they move over there. Later we might make that a more complex button but I think that's fine for now.

I think the id column should get a label that reflects the scope, e.g., paper-experiment-condition and the values should model that index structure. (I think we should actually do this on the table view too, so there's not an id column per se.
