Check that permissions given to the camera/mic during the haircheck are available to the daily videocall later on. In tests Oct 21, we had to give permission to use the camera at both points.

Manually testing this in chrome incognito, if I give permissions during the intro check, i currently do not have to give them again during the actual game. If I skip giving permissions during the intro check, I do have to give them during the game. This seems to be the desired behavior.
