Tag sentry logs for improved debugging #786

It would be helpful to have several tags to sort errors by in sentry, including:

[ ] empirica version
[x] deliberation-empirica container image tag
[ ] stage of the experiment (if possible)
[ ] launchDate of the experiment (if there)
[ ] batch status (open, closed, etc)

This would probably require setting an error boundary inside the empirica participant component, or saving stage information to the browser window or localstorage....
