@sky1113 in this an the other surveys adapted in "Feeling Seen: Leader Eye Gaze Promotes Psychological Safety, Participation, and Voice" - can we check the original source and see how much the "adapted" surveys are from the original?

Concepts also overlap with "Autonomy", esp, ability to self express. Autonomy also includes other concepts.

It looks like some of these have been changed quite a bit, I've attached a screenshot of the questions from the original paper.

That is quite a bit different. Lets implement what the "Feeling Seen" paper has, and then see how similar it is to other things that have been published. We may be able to search for their revised question text in google scholar and see if its similar to what other people have used. =)
