Added the respective datasets for level0 (construct) and level1 (ecological) stages respectively
- Included both the smaller and larger datasets for each stage – train on the larger dataset and predict on the smaller
Included the modeling files for both stages.

Closing this PR because this is modeling related to the conflict project and not to the team communication toolkit.
