Requirements for alpha version

This list should serve as a guide what to complete for scheduled alpha version.

It is understood that beyond graphical implemention all server features are available using the commandline.

I will issue alpha version today and finish open list items the next days. They mostly do not require changes in the API, so they can be pushed easily.

People should just have the new features available.
