feat(create-robo): add "Web App" to initial prompt when no kit is provided #319

As the name implies, an extra option for those that want to make web apps with create-robo but don't know about the web kit or can't be bothered to enter it.

We should also move the activity option above bot in the prompt, now that we are better known for that.
