Deleting description in "edit the instance" of a new drug added results in deleting the last thing that was added prior to adding the new drug and deleting the description (PH-#2750) #101

(so if last thing added was a drug, it deletes that, if last thing added was a conditioning variable, deletes that)

Tested in (NEW) PROD with TIMCI Kenya. but seems to happen everywhere

Still happening. Happy to demo the issue if the explanation in the story is not clear enough
