cannot have empty description for DFs in Senegal (PH-#3215) #110

Algo Senegal https://medalcreator.unisante.ch/algorithms/7 Reproduced in PROD and in TEST

  1. Edit DF 178 Cellulite. Remove description. Save
  2. Reopen DF 178: the description has reinitialised itself to English

Expected behaviour: do not reinitialise. Simply keep desctiption empty

Le test étant sur Senegal, ce uq'il se passe c'est qu'en supprimant la description, on détruit la description FR. Et quand il n'a rien à afficher et donc il affiche la description EN en fallback comme demandé, mais la description_fr est bel et bien supprimée. A voir si un comportement différent est voulu.

J'avais complètement oublié cette histoire de fallback. Merci @ManuBarchich :) Je mets la story on hold en attendant l'estimation de LIWI-1667. On peut la closer ici en attendant
