Translation file issue when default language !=EN (PH-#3260) #120

2 issues in the "drugs in diagnoses" tab of the translation file when default language is not English (tested with TIMCI SN in newProd)

  1. the drug label (col B) is presentend in English instead of in the reference language (here French)
  2. wrong column headings for the duration. Column D ("Duration (en)") actually shows the FR translation, whereas column E ("Duration (fr)") shows content in English
