add "vaginal" administration route (for pessaries)

route passed to medAL-reader: "vaginally"
EN translation for the UI & exports: "Vaginal"
FR translation for the UI & exports: "Vaginale"

Done on my side. vaginally key is expected

20221004 - Still not done on medAL-creator. Can wait until the refacto. Missing info in the spec though: which group does vaginal belong to (when creating a formulation)? I believe it's muco-cutaneous. @GregMart1n can you pls check with Fen? Cheers :)
