It seems that with equal rights, Martin Norris' account can do less that mine (Gregory Martin) when it comes to add an algorithm to a Health Facility or Generate JSON.

In medAL-creator, when it comes to add an algorithm to an Health Facility, Martin Norris will very often see the message "be a bit more patient" like for ever. If I try the same on my side, it works well.
