Please update responses to the additional tests questions in PROD:

TIMCI TZ 5822/A19 https://medalc.unisante.ch/algorithms/5/questions/5822

• add option for 'oxygen saturation (pulse oximetry)'
• modify option 'malaria test' to 'malaria test (mRDT)'
• add 'malaria test (microscopy)'
• remove syphilis test
