NF1 UMAP Stats #21

This PR will include all of the files needed for performing analysis on the NF1 readouts.

To address your comments:

  1. I have changed all of the plots to have different color palettes and it is so much better!
  2. Trying to find the best color palette that doesn't use a horrifying yellow was hard but I think the plots are more accessible but please let me know if it needs adjustment. I don't want the plots to be unreadable to any group of people.
