Hello @gwaybio @jenna-tomkinson !

This PR introduces very first usage documentation for CytoSnake. This entire documentation in written within the tutorial.rst file!

I have also uploaded the associated HTML files in it. I think you might have to clone my forked repo and switch into sphinx_docs branch in order to see it as a webpage.
