Pre commit formatting applied #30

This PR focuses on applying pre-commit workflow that formats CytoSnake code base. This will allow Cytosnake to have a standardized formatting.

The PR contains all formatting has been applied to the whole code base, therefore requiring a separate PR due to the amount of changes it will introduce.
