Update README with logo and documentation

Description

In this PR, I have updated the main README for the repo to include the logo, some widgets, and a description with what coSMicQC is all about. It is bare bones and will benefit from future figures or a gif of how it works (great idea from Dave!). I look forward to any and all feedback!
