This PR amends changes from #94 with a corrected path for removing doctrees from the final build product of Sphinx. These files aren't necessary for publishing HTML content and are only used by Sphinx during the build process. These are removed to prevent files from becoming too large for git / GitHub to publish through GitHub Pages.
