Choice of MitoCheck Dataset #13

Issue Purpose

This issue will outline the differences between the two datasets we have received from the MitoCheck consortium.

Dataset 1 (from Dr. Jean-Karim Hériché, dated 2006):

Extracted Features Location

Features are extracted in version 2 of mitocheck_data.

Structure

Dataset 2 (from Dr. Thomas Walter, dated 2015):

Extracted Features Location

Features are extracted in main version of mitocheck_data.

Closing this issue as it has been resolved outside of GitHub. We are only using the newer dataset (2015). The sample images for this dataset have been uploaded at https://github.com/WayScience/phenotypic_profiling_model/tree/main/6.single_cell_images/mitocheck_single_cell_sample_images
