Refactor, rerun, and edit all waves #16

This issue documents all the changes needed to be made to improve this repository (including issue #12):

  1. As described in issue #12, the repository will need to be renamed to pyroptosis_signature to accurately the reflect the main goal from all of the waves of data together.
  2. Add main README to describe the structure of the repo.
  3. Add READMEs for every wave to describe the individual experiment/goal.
  4. Rename the waves to include a short snip of the main goal (e.g. wave1_dilation)
  5. Make changes in CellProfiler pipelines to improve or fix issues.

Currently all waves have extracted single cell or image features as compressed CSVs which are/will be located in a shared folder for analysis use.

For documentation purposes, here is where we are at with this issue:

✅ As described in issue #12, the repository has been to be renamed to pyroptosis_signature to accurately reflect the main goal from all of the waves of data together. ✅ A main README has been added to describe the structure of the repo, and a README is included in both of the plates. 🟧 So far, only one README has been added to wave 2 for the ASC speck assessment. ❌ Have not renamed the waves to include a short snip of the main goal (e.g., wave1_dilation) ❌ Have not made changes in CellProfiler pipelines to improve or fix issues.
