v1 touchscreen compatibility #1

I tried using this VXP on a v1.0 touchscreen (9/23/2015) in combination with a v1.0 Xadow GSM module. The LED of the GSM module stays magenta for a long time, the screen is white. Then the GSM module's led goes green, screen goes black - and I get nothing. When trying with an old version (RePhone_Create_Kit_v6_4.vxp) everything works fine. I am using the very first version of the Re:Phone kit create, which was sent to the first batch of kickstarter backers. Is there anything that I can do to let the latest version of the default RePhone Create Kit firmware run on my device?

Update: I managed to get the RePhone_Create_Kit_v6_4_TP_v1_0.vxp working after first booting the GSM module with the 'old' VXP file (RePhone_Create_Kit_v6_4.vxp). After replacing the file and changing the autorun it seems to work again.
