Soumya found that a PPSD calculated directly from a stationXML file is very different (factor of 10^10?) from that calculated from the derived PAZ.

Might have something to do with my change v0.4 change of default json_pz units from nm/s(?) to m/s. If so then PPSDs should be correct before write/reading json_pz, only bad after.
