plotSpatialImage has incorrect legend with new sf package. #181

It might be a problem with the >5000 concentration hack.

After trying out other options I reverted to plotting using layout and .filled.contour. Previously, plotting the shape file locked the graphics device a couple of seconds but now it works. Don't know exactly what I changed...
